How do I register for the race?
You register online here. The first time you register for Ylläs-Levi, La Venosta, Kaiser Maximilian Lauf or Toblach-Cortina, you need to create a user account. You need to fill in your personal details, email address and choose a password. After you have submitted your information you will receive a confirmation email and then you are able to log-in to your account and register for the races.
Why do I need to create a user account to register for the race?
By creating a user account, you will be able to manage your registrations and keep a history of your participations. You can for example change your contact information, start group, add extra services and transfer your start entry to someone else.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
You go to the registration site and klick on “Forgot your Password?”. Fill in your email address and a new password will be sent to you. Then, you can log in by using your new password.
I did not receive a registration confirmation email, what do I do?
Please check your email’s spam folder, sometimes the confirmations end up there. If you still don’t find it, please contact: email@example.com
I registered for the 70 km race, can I change my registration to 55 km?
It is possible until 23.59 (CET) the 30th of March, if there are still available bibs for the 55km race. The change will be made free of charge, but we will not refund the price difference between the distances. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help you further.
I registered for the 55 km race, can I change my registration to 70 km?
It is possible until 23.59 (CET) the 30th of March, if there are still available bibs for the 70km race. The fee for the change will be €25. Please contact email@example.com and they will help you further.
I would like help to change my registration, who do I contact?
